Stelios and easyGroup writes third letter to Charity Commission amid Easyfundraising legal dispute

Sir Stelios Haji Ioannou, the creator and owner of easyGroup and the easy family of brands has sent a third letter to the Charity Commission concerning Easyfundraising Limited, referred to as Palatine/Moir after its controlling shareholder and CEO.

This follows previous correspondence dated 20th March and 13th June 2024.

The High Court trial regarding an intellectual property dispute between easyGroup Limited and Palatine/Moir began on 13th June 2024, revealing key documents and details. The trial concluded on 24th June 2024, with a judgment expected in the coming months.
